. Disputes will be resolved by organisers. All decisions are final.
. Any injuries will be escorted to the hospital, but G. NOVA ARENA is not responsible for treatment costs.
. Players participate at their own risk. G. NOVA ARENA shall not be held liable for any fatal injuries or deaths occurring during offline events.
Our organisation strictly does not promote, encourage, or support any form of betting or gambling. Any individual or group found engaging in betting activities within our organisation’s events, or misusing our organisation’s name to conduct or promote betting, will face strict legal action.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in our offline sports tournaments. Individuals with pre-existing health conditions, including but not limited to heart disease or other serious medical issues, are strongly advised to refrain from participation. Our organisation will not be held liable for any health-related incidents, injuries, or complications that may arise during participation.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may lead to:
