Registrations are confirmed only after full payment via the UPI QR code and complete Google Form submission.
Refunds are only issued if the total number of teams required for an event is not met.
No refunds will be issued for voluntary cancellations or no-shows after registration.
If eligible, refunds will be processed manually to the original UPI account within 5 to 10 working days.
In rare cases where an event is cancelled by G. NOVA ARENA, full refunds will be provided.
