By accessing our website or registering for any event, you agree to these Terms.
Participants must be 18 years or older. We reserve the right to verify age and identity before or during events.
All event registrations are done via Google Forms linked through our website. You must provide accurate information including name, age, gender, phone number, email, etc.
Entry fees are paid via UPI QR code (no payment gateway integration). A successful payment and form submission confirm your registration.
. Online Events: Cheating is strictly prohibited. G. NOVA ARENA reserves the right to disqualify any participant and make final decisions.
. Offline Events: Rough play is not allowed. Participation is at your own risk. We facilitate transport to medical help but are not liable for medical costs.
Our organisation strictly does not promote, encourage, or support any form of betting or gambling. Any individual or group found engaging in betting activities within our organisation’s events, or misusing our organisation’s name to conduct or promote betting, will face strict legal action.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in our offline sports tournaments. Individuals with pre-existing health conditions, including but not limited to heart disease or other serious medical issues, are strongly advised to refrain from participation. Our organisation will not be held liable for any health-related incidents, injuries, or complications that may arise during participation.
After each event, we publish the top 10 teams and their members on our website.
All content on our website is owned or licensed by G. NOVA ARENA. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in events.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or participation in events indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
